Teaching jump rope in Phys Ed can be one of the most rewarding (and challenging) units during the school year. In this section, Peter Nestler is joined by Coach Tommy Hager to share a lot of practical ideas on how to run a successful jump rope unit. Since talking about jump rope can be a bit boring, we enlisted some students to show what this should look like in the real world. You will see and learn how to teach a group of Kindergarten students, teach an entire class at once, setup stations and ideas for stations options, grading to meet NASPE standards and more!
