FAQ

  • What devices can I watch the videos on?

Our videos are streamed using an html5 player. Most modern browsers, tablets and phones can play them natively. Some older devices may not be able to play back the video files. If you use an old browser, it’s possible that you can watch the videos using Adobe Flash. Make sure you have the plugin installed from Adobe before accessing the videos.

  • I can’t seem to watch any of the videos. I see the pictures of the videos, but nothing happens when I click on them.

We want to keep our page loads as fast as possible. In order to do this, we use javascript to swap out the pictures for the video files when you click on them. Due to this setup, you need to have javascript enabled in your browser.

  • When I switch between pages, I keep having to log in again, what’s the deal?

It’s possible that someone has your password and is logged into your account. Only one ip address can be logged into your account at a time. If someone logs in somewhere else, it will automatically log you out. Log back in and change your password to something not so easily guessed.

  • I am a teacher, do I have to sign up for the Platinum Coach Account?

If you want to show the videos to your class, then yes. We want to keep our individual memberships as inexpensive as possible and you can certainly sign up for one if you are the only one viewing the videos. For public display, we wanted to give a simple, legal means to allow you to show the videos during your class. If you have any questions, please contact us and we’ll be happy to answer any specific questions or concerns you may have.

  • How many people can log into my account with the teacher/team membership?

Still only you. The Platinum Coach membership option gives you public display rights for the videos. You are allowed to show them to your students/jumpers during your classes and they can watch them as a group. However, if they want to view them at home on their own, they will need to sign up for their own account.
