Jump rope (certain skills more than others) can be a strenuous, and potentially harmful (in extreme cases even fatal), form of exercise. By joining this site, you agree to hold Peter Nestler/Rope Masters/Jump Rope Secrets harmless from any injury sustained while attempting to try anything you learn from this site. You understand that your health is in your hands and any questions should be directed to your physician.
